Sudoku and Island House Vacation

I have joined the Sudoku craze and find myself doing several puzzles a day. Now it looks like Soren has fallen prey to the trend as well. Here is proof from earlier today while at the island house. (will he be left-handed like his mom? We can only hope so!)

We had a wonderful weekend at the island. It was stressful getting up there because of very heavy traffic on Friday and a ferry that would leave with or without us. But, we made it in time and had a wonderful evening ferry ride over. Mostly I relaxed. I laid on the deck (and have a pretty good sunburn to prove it!), worked on Bible Study, tried my hand at one of the "fiendish" sudoku puzzles in my book (and was able to solve it without looking in the back once!), ate lots of good food as we usually do when were at the island house and even took a nap. Saturday we all went down to the beach for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Soren had fun throwing rocks and shells into the water. Soren and I took a walk Saturday night that was a lot of fun. We found a swing, saw a rabbit, heard a helicopter ("octocop" to Soren) and enjoyed the beautiful view. He was tired about halfway through so I ended up carrying him home, but I very much enjoyed my walk with my little man.
I will have more pictures to post soon. The one above was taken on Layth's new phone/palm computer.
